Purposes

Your data is used to: (1) manage bookings and online consultations; (2) process session payments; (3) reply to your contact requests; (4) ensure site security and prevent fraud.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose, restrict, port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as to set instructions regarding your data after death. To exercise these rights: [email protected] (proof of identity may be requested). You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.

Professional secrecy

As a clinical psychologist I am bound by professional secrecy (article 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the code of ethics for psychologists). No clinical information exchanged during sessions is stored on this site or shared with third parties, except in exceptional legal circumstances (imminent risk to life, judicial requisition).
