About

A clinician and a researcher, listening with care.

I am a clinical psychologist trained at Université Rennes 2. I work with adults dealing with post-traumatic stress, chronic anxiety and the psychological consequences of difficult life events.

My practice combines clinical work and research: I am currently completing a dual PhD in psychology and criminology, which informs an approach that is rigorous, contemporary and deeply human.

All consultations take place by video, in a confidential and secure setting, so you can attend from wherever feels right for you.

Specialties

Focused, evidence-informed support.

Four areas at the heart of my practice.

Post-traumatic stress

Care after trauma: flashbacks, hypervigilance, avoidance, sleep disturbances and intrusive memories.

Anxiety disorders

Generalised anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety. Practical tools and deeper, lasting work.

Victimology

Specific support for people affected by violence, abuse or criminal acts — including long-term recovery.

Psycho-criminology

Clinical reading of criminal dynamics, expert assessment and applied psychological analysis.

My approach

A clear frame, a steady presence.

Three principles guide every session.

A safe space

Encrypted video, full confidentiality and a warm, non-judgmental stance. You always know what is happening in the session.

Tailored care

No one-size-fits-all protocol — together we shape a path aligned with your goals and your pace.

Evidence-informed

Approaches grounded in current research, integrating clinical psychology, victimology and psycho-criminology.
